A Waukee, Iowa native, Justin studied Marketing at Iowa State University. The experience he’s gathered in his professional career includes working as a project manager, where he specialized in keeping operations running smoothly and on schedule, and in technical service roles, picking up hands-on knowledge managing systems and solving real-time challenges. Justin also ran his own start-up business, where he gained insight into how all the moving parts of a business need to function together to make it successful.

While he continues to learn all the ins and outs of the manufacturing industry, Justin’s range of experience puts him in a unique position to make meaningful contributions from day one.

“One of my goals here is to streamline processes so we can understand where the bottlenecks are and head them off,” Justin says. “With this team, I hope to help break down barriers and figure out how to work better together so that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.”

Joining Miller Products Company felt like a natural next step for Justin. With his father taking over the company and his brother also stepping into a role, the timing and opportunity aligned perfectly. “This is a family business, and I want to do my part to help it grow stronger,” Justin says. “I wasn't quite sure where my skill-set would fit in, but it felt like the right fit at the right time. It just made sense.”

Outside of work, Justin enjoys a lot of different activities like fishing and creating art from repurposed materials. He lives in Valley Junction with his family, who keep him on his toes and always adventuring.
