For about the past three years, Miller Products Co. has been partnering with Mosaic in South Central Iowa; a company that provides individualized support for people with intellectual disabilities, brain injuries, and mental illness. Mosaics program provides assisted residential services, supported community living services, host homes, daily activities, community connections, supported employment, and vocational training. As part of the vocational training program, Miller Products Co. provides a product for Mosaics members to service. At Mosaic, the people in their program receive buckets of our lock pins and attach wires to the blanks. Their pay is then based upon the individuals personal work level/productivity- making a set amount per lock pin completed.
Miller Products Co. is proud to be supporting such a great local business that goes out of their way to provide support to community members in need. Partnering with Mosaic is just one major way we are able to do this.
On August 18th Mosaic, in Osceola, will be holding a “Discover the Possibilities Tour” at 11:30 a.m. This event is open to the public and is a great opportunity to learn more about Mosaic and its vast array of programs.
