October is upon us and in the world of Farm Equipment and Manufacturing, that can only mean one thing: the FEMA Fall Convention!

The team from Miller Products Company has attended the FEMA events for more than 50 years and considers it to be one of the best manufacturing trade shows and events for business development, networking, and education they could choose.

This year, the FEMA event board asked Miller’s General Manager, Kerry Richardson for a quick testimonial about the show, and this is what he had to say:

“The Fall FEMA convention is something we look forward to attending each year. For myself and our leadership team, the time there is valuable on a number of levels. 

Of course there’s the customer connections and being able to talk, face-to-face, with a variety of current customers as well as leads we’d otherwise be unable to get to know. That alone makes the event more than just another trade show.

The three-day conference also gives us the opportunity to have real, peer-to-peer conversations about the challenges facing our industries. That collaboration and the conference’s educational aspects – speakers, seminars, etc. – are paramount to building strategies for the upcoming year. Every Fall I know we’ll walk away with a better understanding of our industry and how to better serve our customers.

And then there are the friends we make (and get to reconnect with) during the event. Whether it’s a long-time customer, a vendor or a manufacturing peer, the relationships we’re able to build and strengthen make the event a joy from day one.
