4. Having a catchy headline to help people stay on the page. You want to make them WANT to read more about the information or offer you are offering to them.

5. Lastly, you want to make your landing page about the VISITOR and not about yourself. If you talk too much about yourself then they will lose interest quickly. The customer does not concern themselves with your goals and aspirations. They only want things that can help them out.
